MISSING IN SNOHOMISH COUNTY —
It’s a terrifying situation any parent can relate to — a young man goes missing two weeks before Christmas and doesn’t even show up for his uncle’s funeral.
Antonio Neill’s mom and Snohomish County detectives are desperate for answers to what happened to him.
The 23-year-old was last seen in Everett.
Antonio’s mom, Jenny, says she took him to get his driver’s license on December 12th, because he had his car and wallet stolen. She says he was depressed and told her was going to stay with a friend. “I have a feeling something happened to my son, because it is unlike him to not keep in touch with me. No matter what he’s going through, he knows I am always there for him so I’m really scared something’s wrong.”
Antonio is 5’6”, 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has gauged ear lobes and numerous tattoos on his arms, including Zelda Triforce, a skull and a whimsical clock.
If you know where Snohomish county deputies can find him, call 911, or if you want to stay anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or send the information to Crime Stoppers using the P3 Tips App.
MISSING IN WENATCHEE — It’s the last cell phone video taken of a missing Wenatchee mother.
Detectives have followed up on several tips since Jessie Rubio-Montejano was last seen June 23rd around 6:30pm in the area of S. Wenatchee Ave. and Ferry St.
A witness reported seeing her get into a dark-colored car, possibly a late 80`s Buick with an Hispanic male.
Her hair had recently been shaved short like it is in the video.
She also goes by Jessie Grace Moore.
Her mom has never stopped searching for her and desperately hopes someone will come forward to help find her daughter. “It’s just all-consuming,” said Jessie’s mom, Sherrie Woodle. “It consumes your whole, entire life. There’s nothing I do. I don’t go to the movies. I don’t hangout with my friends. I don’t go to book club. I do nothing but look for her. I don’t care what happened. I don’t care about justice at this point. I just need her home and her boys need her home. Just tell us where she’s at. Leave a note. Her boys deserve answers and we deserve answers and we can’t keep going like this.”
If you think you have any information at all that could possibly help detectives find Jessie Rubio-Montejano, please contact Wenatchee Police.
You can also anonymously call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, or use the P3 Tips App to submit your information anonymously. Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for anyone who can help detectives find Jessie.
RENTON — Police are asking for the public’s help to find 15-year-old Isabella Castellanos. “Isabella disappeared last November 8th. She’d had a discussion with her mother and said she was going for a walk and she just never came back. She’s 15 years old now and she’s been gone for several months so obviously there’s a lot to worry about there,” said Renton Police Commander Dave Leibman.
Her family says her dog, Boomer, misses her terribly and waitsevery night for her to come home. Isabella’s case has been entered into the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Police have followed up on several sightings of her since she disappeared but don’t have any current leads.
Isabella may still be in the local area or have traveled to East Los Angeles or Mexico. She is 5'0", 130 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. If you have any information about where Renton Police can find her, call 1-800-THE-LOST or Renton Police at (425) 430-7500.
MORTON, WA — Worried that no one has missed a woman enough to report her missing, Lewis County Coroner Warren McLeod and Washington State Forensic Anthropologist Dr. Kathy Taylor are asking for the public’s help to identify a woman whose remains were found in 2011.
A composite sketch created by forensic artist Natalie Murry shows what she may look like. “There is definitely science behind it but the artist is using some artistic leeway too. We don’t know what her hair looks like, we don’t know what color her eyes are,” said Dr. Taylor.
The woman’s remains were was found on April 7, 2011 in the woods near a logging spur from Highway 12 just outside of Morton, WA. “It does not mean she is from Lewis County. She could be from any of other counties. She’s just ending up there. We do not know who she is. Basically, skeletally she’s presenting as Caucasian but we think there’s probably some ethnicity mixed in there, 20 to 35 years old and she’s very petite so short stature,” said Dr. Taylor.
The cause of death has not been determined but Dr. Taylor said it is suspicious and she doesn’t appear as though she would have ended up in those woods herself. “Her DNA is running. Her dentals are running in the various databases and we’re not hitting so they only way we are going to get her identified is if somebody comes forward and says that they know of somebody who’s missing that might be that person,” said Dr. Taylor.
She encourages anyone who reported someone missing to follow up with the law enforcement agency to make sure the information has been entered into CODIS and NaMUS. If you have any information that can help identify the woman, contact the Lewis County Coroner’s Office at (360) 740-1376 or Lewis County Sheriff’s Det. Dan Riordan at (360) 740-2765.
KENMORE, Wash. — King County Detectives continue to ask for the public’s help to find a missing mother of two from Kenmore who vanished a year ago this week.
Jamie Haggard’s last contact with family was in Kenmore on June 8, 2016.
The 27-year-old’s disappearance is suspicious and detectives think it’s likely she died, but they’re still trying to find her remains and figure out why she went missing.
Haggard’s cell phone and credit cards have not been used since she was last seen.
The case had gone cold -- until a new tip led the King County Sheriff's Office to re-search a home in Kenmore in May. The excavation did not turn anything up and the case still remains unsolved, but not forgotten. "We don't want Jamie's story to go away," says King County Det. Jessica Santos. "We want people to remember what her story was. We believe somebody out there knows. Somebody was maybe there that night. Somebody knows what happened maybe a few days before the incident, maybe the day of the incident, maybe they weren't comfortable at the time to report it, but maybe they've changed their minds since then. We truly believe somebody out there knows what happened to Jamie and we want to find her and we want to bring her family some peace, right now."
If you have any information on where Jamie is or what happened to her, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS, use the P3 Tips App to submit your information anonymously.
This young boy whose remains were found inside a blue metal storage trunk in the basement of an apartment complex in Greece, NY near Rochester 41 years ago may have lived in Washington state or Oregon at some point.
As part of its ongoing search, law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children facilitated isotope testing on the child’s remains which indicate that he may not have been local to the New York area, having likely spent the first years of his life in the U.S. Northwest (blue) and the last years of his life in the U.S. Southeast (red). See map below:
He had brown hair and was found wearing a light blue pajama top with a deer design on the left chest area. He was also wearing a plastic diaper that was fastened with two stainless steel diaper pins.
He had a prominent bulge to the back left region of his skull creating a large skull abnormality. While it’s not clear what caused it, it likely meant the child could not walk and had developmental deficiencies.
National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has released a facial reconstruction showing how the child may have looked in life.
Anyone with tips should call NCMEC at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678).

If you spot Parker, call 911 immediately. He is 5’05” with hazel eyes, about 150 lbs.

TACOMA — The discovery of a partial human skull last month in a wooded area in East Pierce County has reignited interest in solving some long-term missing persons cases.
Investigators won’t know if the skull fragment is from a man or a woman until DNA test results are complete.
“Anytime there are human remains found in the state, loved ones of missing persons from around the state and sometimes bordering states will reach out and make sure that we are making that comparison and ruling out or checking on their loved ones,” said Carrie Gordon with the Washington State Patrol’s Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit.
There are more than 1,800 missing persons statewide and 146 of those are women in Pierce County.
Investigators are taking a regional approach to try to solve these cases because serial offenders don’t pay attention to law enforcement jurisdictions.
They are starting in Tacoma where five women and teens went missing between 1994 and 2010.
All of them worked as prostitutes in the areas around Puyallup Avenue and in downtown Tacoma.
“I can’t say that we have any evidence linking these five cases together but it’s certainly possible that one or more of these women were victims of some serial offender who may be in prison already or may be in custody for another crime or it could be somebody that we don’t know about yet,” said Det. Lindsey Wade with Tacoma Police.
Sixteen years ago Thursday, Green River Killer Gary Ridgeway was arrested.
Tami is considered a missing or kidnapped person with evidence of foul play.
She was born on Aug. 16, 1982. She is white 5' tall and weighed 100 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
She was last seen at 234 E. 64th Ave in Tacoma.
Helen Tucker went missing in 1994. Her case was originally assigned to the Green River Killer Task Force who eliminated Gary Ridgeway as a suspect but that can’t be said for all of them.
“A couple of the others, we can’t rule him out because we know that he was out and active at the time these girls went missing,” said Det. Wade.
Investigators are hoping to talk to anyone who knew the women or teens or who they associated with at the time they went missing. They also want to know about any violent encounters they may have had.
“They might not know their names but they knew a nickname or they knew a vehicle description. Even something small can open up an investigation,” said Det. Wade.
Detectives are looking into the backgrounds of the missing women and teens to try to make connections with some of their associates.
“It’s a very small area of the state to have that many similar missing person cases,” said Gordon.
If you have any information that can help solve these cases, call Tacoma Police or the Washington State Patrol’s Missing and Unidentified Persons Unit at 1-800-543-5678 or email them at MUPU@WSP.WA.GOV

Matt Verdugo’s been missing since last summer. His family says he went to a rock concert at the Gorge Amphitheater on Saturday, June 17th. He made it back home to Everett the next day — then vanished. “He came home. He made some Facebook posts really early in the morning of Sunday, June 18th, and then no one has seen or heard from him since,” said Matt’s sister, Julie Ubert. “My kids ask all the time, ‘Where is he?’ So, it’s been really heartbreaking.”
Matt’s family says he’d had some drug problems in the past, but had been sober and doing well leading up to his disappearance. They say Matt had never missed a family event, like Christmas or his nephew’s birthdays. They just want him home and hope someone can help make that happen. “If anybody knows anything, has seen him, knows where he may be, has heard from him in anyway, if they could just contact Crime Stoppers. Here is an update from Tyler's family:
Although we do know at this point that he left of his own volition and traveled near Shelton on the Peninsula, we still do not know what happened from that point. We do not know why he left, if he is still out there, or if he is with the Lord. We have not given up hope that we will someday be reunited with Tyler, but we have no new information or leads to help us find him or know what happened. Please pray for new information, for answers, and for continued strength, hope and trust in the One who knows all the answers. Your continued interest in Tyler's story is greatly appreciated, and we encourage you to continue to pray and hope with us that Tyler may still come home. However, please also be understanding of how difficult this situation is, especially with so little information. Instead of assuming the family is withholding information, assume they are going through a very difficult time that is so hard to process and communicate about. Losing a loved one is always horrible, but losing someone without any answers as to why or even what happened is unimaginably painful. Please do not add to that pain by trying to contact family members to satisfy your personal curiosity. Please just pray and keep an eye out for Tyler. We WILL update you with any new information, but even when there is nothing new, assume that this is still a need for prayer and support. Thank you.
She's praying her brother is alright and hoping he knows how much his family loves him.
"We want Tyler to come home. Whatever's going on. It doesn't matter why he left. We're not mad, we're not upset. We just want to know that he's OK," said Liz.
Tyler is 5-foot-11, 145 pounds with blue eyes and light brown hair in a buzz cut. If you see him, call 911.
